Je ne le connais pas , mais il est beau !!bisous et belle journéeMITOU
Water rail looks very beautiful. Orange color beaks are attractive.
The water rail looks like our local chickens but the water rail is smaller and slimmer in size. The orange eye and beak stand out very well. Enjoy your holiday, Noushka.
j'adore les plumes
Fantastic pictures. I have never seen a Water Rail. I don't even know if they occur in Scotland!!
Heard them seen them but too fast to take captures of it. One day.... Your captures are stunning Noushka.Have a good time!Roos
Hello Noushka, it is a beautiful rail. It reminds me of our Virginia Rail.. Gorgeous shots.. Have a happy day and week ahead!
First time I hear about this bird. I would like to be able to take pictures like yours one day! ;))
Hi Noushka.Beautiful pictures you've made from the water rail.Groettie frome Patricia.
Striking beauty, Noushka! The stalker with the orange-rimmed eyes and sharp orange beak must strike fear in its prey. When I see these photos, it's not hard to imagine the dinosaurs that birds evolved from. One of the biggest thrills I have ever had was seeing the stunning archaeopteryx fossils at the British Museum, those feathers preserved in rocks. Safe travels, my friend! And hugs!
Beautifull images, Noushka. You did extremely well to catch this bird out in the open. If I see one it's usually lurking in reeds, half hidden and only pos out for a few seconds.I hope you're having a wonderful time whilst away - - - - Richard
Bonsoir Noushka,Je ne le connais pas, mais je veux le même rouge à lèvres !Bisous

Great job, Noushka. Was this bird photographed at Le Teich?
These are some really special images Noushka. The most elusive of birds.
Dearest Noushka,Wow, what a perfect orange colored beak this bird has, together with such fine feathers. Thanks for sharing.Hugs,Mariette
