Ces oiseaux se nourrissent d'insectes, de mollusques, crabes petits poissons, amphibiens, lézards, etc...

The Glossy ibis is the most widespread ibis species, a migratory and nomadic bird breeding in scattered sites in warm regions of Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Atlantic and Caribbean regions of the Americas.

Dearest Noushka,
So far I've never seen a Glossy ibis but it sure is pretty. Love your humor; after you!
The Ruddy turnstone was a great closing picture as well.
Wishing you the very best for the coming week!
A new month and a new era...

Wonderful shots and I love the 'after you' Ibis LOL. Not sure that I have ever seen a Turnstone so a new one for me. keep well.
If we ever manage to get away next week as planned with this fipping strike, I will not be taking my laptop, so blogging will be next to imposible, and following with comments also. If I disapper for a month you can know I will be thinking of you. Warm hugs Diane

Beautiful images, Noushka. The Ibis are very special, but I love the water in the Turnstone image. We get a few Glossy Ibis in England and sightings seem to be increasing - still a great bird to see, however.

My very best wishes - - - Richard
