Les jours ensoleillés sont rare en ce moment, alors quand le soleil sort, moi aussi! j'en profite pour aller tester mon nouveau boitier Nikon D500, un petit capteur que certains qualifient de "vraie tuerie"!! La première chose qui me frappe c'est sa sensibilité à l'exposition. J'avais pris l'habitude de sous-exposer allègrement avec le D7200 surtout avec des sujets aussi blancs que les aigrettes, allant facilement jusqu'à -3. Mais avec ce boitier, si l'on veut augmenter sa vitesse il faut être beaucoup plus modéré dans la baisse de l'exposition. Son écran tactile est génial et permet de faire défiler les images bien plus rapidement.

In this November month the sunny days are scarce so when the sun comes out, me too! I decided to test my new camera Nikon D500, a small sensor qualified by some as a real killer!! The first thing that stroke me was its exposure sensitivity. With the D7200 I used to under-expose without hesitation down to - 3, especially with subjects as white as egrets. But with this camera, if one wants to increase the speed it's not necessary to under-expose as much. The touch-screen is brilliant and allows to scroll fast through the pictures.

L'après-midi étant jeune, je décide de pousser jusqu'au col de la Core au-dessus du lac de Bethmale. Les talus à l'ombre offre de jolis graphismes avec ces jeunes fougères perçant les tapis de feuilles automnales:
Early in the afternoon I decide to climb up to the mountain pass of la Core, above the Bethmale lake. On the way up, the humid slopes are covered with young ferns growing through a carpet of autumn leaves:

Peu à peu je découvre les sommets enneigés qui se fondent dans les nuages mais l'image rend mal ce que l'oeil voit:
Little by little the peaks appear, blending into the milky sky and finally offering lovely panoramas:
