Il faisait bien gris ce jour-là au Teich, mais j'ai beau viser des journées ensoleillées, la météo me joue souvent des tours sur l'Atlantique!

Le 18 octobre  vers 10h30 du matin la brume finit de se lever, laissant apparaitre cet immature au loin. Heureusement mon objectif va le chercher et me permet ces clichés:

Grey Plover 
On the 18th of October around 10h30 in the morning the mist lifts, revealing this immature individual in the distance. Thanks to my lens, I manage to get these shots:

Photos faites à la réserve ornitho du Teich dans la salicorne qui vire au rouge dès le mois d'août:

The photos were taken at le Teich bird preserve, in the beautiful decor of the Glasswort turning red as soon as august.

Comme avec les Bécasseaux variables dont le régime alimentaire est semblable, impossible de bien voir les proies, mais comme je les vois souvent avec un fil, je me demande si ce n'est pas un organisme à flagelle...

As with the Dunlins who's diet is similar, difficult to tell what kind of prey they eat but as I often see something like a thread, I wonder if it is an organism with a flagellum...
