Ganga cata, cet oiseau est plus rare, bien que leur habitat soit le même.
Cette paire s'est posée à environ 30 mètres de moi puis s'est éloignée en piétant derrière le talus pour s'envoler rapidement après! Là encore frustration... j'espère faire mieux une prochaine fois!

Black-bellied sandgrouse
This species is close to the Pin-tailed sandgrouse but scarcer and its habitat the same. I was very lucky to see them come down at 30 meters from my hide but very wary, they walked back behind the bank and flew off seconds later. I really hope to do better and closer in the near future!
Voici le point d'eau désertique au possible, comme la plupart de ceux de la région. Difficile de s'y camoufler convenablement tout en ayant la lumière où il faut!
The water dam... arid as can be, like all dams in the area. Difficult to hide properly and have the right light at the same time!
