Voici une très timide Marouette qui a bien
voulu se dévoiler pour moi à sur les berges du lac Baringo au Kenya.
Elle se nourrit d'insectes et de petites bestioles aquatiques en
farfouillant la vase. Dans l'hémisphère sud (Afrique et Australie) elle
sédentaire.
Baillon's crake
It is a very shy bird that I was lucky to photograph along the shores of Baringo Lake in Kenya. It feeds on insects and small aquatic critters while poking around the soft mud. In the southern hemisphere (Africa and Australia) it is sedentary.
